Excellence in Customer Service Award (Non Retail)

This Award will recognise a business that can demonstrate across its organisation a commitment to providing the very highest level of customer service and in doing so be described as truly customer focused.

The Excellence in Customer Service Award is open for applications from service providers of any size in Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council.

Applications will be judged on the following criteria:

  • Customer service strategy/policy
  • Accolades and Achievements
  • Entrants own statement of excellence in customer service

Stage 1 of the judging process will be to shortlist submissions based on the criteria above. If an applicant is shortlisted for Stage 2, they will be invited to attend a short interview/presentation with the judging panel followed by Q&A on Thursday 1st March 2018. Shortlisted finalists will be notified by Monday 19th February 2018. The panel will then rank the shortlist based on the interview. Please note that if an applicant is shortlisted for stage 2 of the judging process, they must be able to attend a 15-minute interview/presentation on Thursday 1st March 2018 at the Lagan Valley Island, Lisburn.
